If you mean a monthly charge, than no, you don't.
If you mean something else, please explain better. |

By buying the game of the year edition, you get only prophecies.
There are four games in total, with only buying Prophecies - the original Guild Wars game - you will not be able to play the other games until you buy them. However, as the others have stated, there are no monthly fees. So, initially, if you buy all four games and the Bonus Mission Pack, you only pay five times. If you buy just one singular game, you pay once. |

As I understand your question:
You can buy the "Guild Wars, Game of the year, edition" and play the Prophecies campaign without paying more money. If you, at a later date, decide you want to expand the game, you can buy "Guild Wars, Factions", "Guild Wars, Nightfall", "Guild Wars, Eye of the North" or "Guild Wars, Bonus Mission Pack" and add them to your existing account. Again; you only pay for the box containing the game in the store, there are no additional expenses, such as monthly fees, etc. |
